Our goal is to make you realize a return on our consultancy fee of 2 to 3. This result depends mostly on your willingness to make an important change and the support in managing the implementation with us.

We begin with an analysis. Based on the results, we propose an implementation project with performance targets and a budget. A project of intense change usually lasts between 6 and 12 months. To ensure a successful implementation, it needs a presence of 1 to 2 days per week of our consultants.

There is a place for experts in commercial performance. We saw that we had an excellent know-how that we are constantly developing.

For each project we define the fees and deliverables and payment terms. There is total transparency.

Be reassured on this point: according to the Boston Consulting Group a major weakness in many companies is the quality of the sales process. There is no shame in working with an expert and getting support to optimize a domain.
Often companies need additional resources to manage a project. We can be this support in developing a new process with your team. We are an opportunity for the sales manager developing his results.

Yes, you can. For a limited budget of 3.900 euros we offer the opportunity to small companies to have a basic recommendation, an action plan and a second opinion from an expert in commercial performance.
For a broader package on commercial or back office efficiency you have to invest a budget of + / – 14.400 Euro. (Prices January 2018 excl. VAT).

We are really specialised in commercial performance. We have project managers with extensive experience in operational management and consultancy. We are managers with over 20 years of international experience and we are able to implement change through a large experience in change project management. Our strength is the implementation of our recommendation with the team of our client.
